Michigan Fireplace Remodeling by Parko Home Renovations of Canton Michigan
Full Brick wall fireplace remodeled over the existing brick fireplace.
Built on site book cases on each side of the fireplace brick. Hidden drawers were added to the face
of the fireplace hearth to blend seemlessly with the hearth. Towers were built
to match the slope of the ceiling on each side of the fireplace. The fireplace mantle
was designed to blend into the book cases to give a shrp horizontal line to create width of the built in place fireplace
surround. Dimension was added by leaving the fireplace opening at a sunken plane. The fireplace
surround is a classic design. Travertine was added to the fireplace surround and fireplace
hearth for neutral color and durability. Chases were added for cables that run from above the fireplace
to the book case. Power was added to the fireplace mantle and for above the fireplace
television mount.
THIS LIVONIA MICHIGAN FIREPLACE RENOVATION INCLUDED THE INSTALLATION OF THE FLAT SCREEN HIGH DEFINITION TELEVISION.
WE ALSO DESIGNED AN AUDIO SPEAKER SURROUND SYSTEM FOR THE ACOUSTICS OF THE ROOM. BEHIND THE FLAT SCREEN TELEVISION INSTALLATION
MOUNT IS A CHASE FOR HIGH DEFINITION CABLES RUNNING TO THE HOME THEATER SURROUND SOUND UNIT. THIS CUSTOM BUILT CABINET
IS ALSO THE CABLE MODEM FOR THE HOME NETWORK.
